On June 15 2012, 2XM Interactive snatched another award! This time the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) Mobile Application Forum recognized 2XM for its innovation in the Smart City category. The event was sponsored by Research In Motion and aimed to highlight the most innovative and successful mobile applications developed in the U.S. mid-Atlantic region and Canada.
“The 2XM team is extremely proud to receive this award for the Audiosphere application, which was launched just 3 weeks ago”, said Antoine Azar, CEO of 2XM Interactive. “To be selected amongst all other companies from the Tri-State Region, known as the cradle of the media industry, and to be awarded such an achievement in media technologies is a great success”.
Audiosphere is available for iPhone, and has been developed in partnership with the MUTEK festival and Montreal’s Transport Society, the STM. It has been featured by Apple at its launch in the New and Noteworthy Apps category, and is in-line with 2XM’s vision of bringing fascinating creative experiences to the public on mobile and tactile platforms in public and private spaces.
